My comments actually relate to WINE STANDARDS, which wasn’t on your list. I would like to record a positive vote for WS, without whom we would all struggle to interpret the very complex (and very different from food etc) European rules on winemaking and labelling. Having a specialist team is wonderful and [Deleted Text] and his crew are a pleasure to work with. We are a small producer and really value having people to ‘go to’ as I know all the members of the UK Vineyard Association do.
