Comment:

We purchased [text deleted] classic compact potato ovens last year. We have been very happy with it and have it on our bar. Although we don’t sell a lot of potatoes they smell nice when they are cooking and it is a convenience for our customers. We have been told by [text deleted] County councils Environmental Health department that baked potatoes are a high risk food and we have been told that we can no longer do baked potatoes. The fillings are purchased from [text deleted] or [text deleted] and therefore there is no food preparation involved in our baked potato operation. Our food storage procedures are exemplary and well documented and we cannot see why there is any problem with what we do. We are using our oven as per instructions and is clean and there has been no complaints from the public, we feel that this is an attack on our business [text deleted].
