Comment:
I am commenting as a customer who finds poor compliance with good practice and the law. Landlords permitting smokers to stand in the entance doorway, permitting dogs into the pub. Toilets which although are superficially cleaned regularly, smell and are badly stained around the urinals.
WC’s which are poorly lit and dirty and which are always out of toilet paper. Small bins provided for paper towels which then overflow or no paper towels at all. Fire exits blocked. The laws should be tightened not relaxed.
